Function of FRP cooling tower

Glass fiber reinforced plastic cooling tower is a kind of heat dissipation equipment. Although most have a "glass steel cooling tower as a direct contact cooling device for an open, indirect cooling tower of glass fibre, sometimes called the" glass steel cooling tower closed circuit is but a glass steel cooling tower. A direct, or open circuit, GRP cooling tower is a means of sealing the interior of the structure by spraying the circulating water onto the glass fiber filler in a spray manner. The filler provides greater contact surfaces and achieves heat transfer by contact with water and air. Then, the fan drives the air current in the tower to be recycled, and the hot gas flow after the heat exchange with the water is brought out so as to achieve cooling.

The filling may consist of several layers of film (Fei Jian) that are mostly vertical, wet surfaces that are spread by water (fill) or lateral Fei Jian elements, creating many cascading cascades of small water droplets with larger surface areas. Indirect or closed FRP cooling towers do not involve direct contact with air and liquids, usually water or ethylene glycol mixtures, and are cooled. Unlike the open FRP cooling tower, the FRP cooling tower has two independent fluid circuits indirectly. One is that the external circuit of the water is on the second track, which is the tube outer loop (the non open coil) connected to the hot runner, the process is cooled, and is returned in closed circuit. The air is drawn by circulating water across the heat pipe outside the cascade, providing similar evaporative cooling to the FRP cooling tower. In operation the heat flow flows from the internal fluid circuit through the coil tube wall to the external circuit and then is heated by some evaporation of air and water into the atmosphere. The action of the indirect FRP cooling tower is, therefore, very similar, and there is an exception to the opening of FRP cooling towers. This process is cooled in a closed loop and is not directly exposed to the atmosphere or external circulating water.

In the counterflow glass steel cooling tower, the air travels upward through the filling or tube bundle, opposite the water downward movement. In a cross flow glass steel cooling tower, the horizontal movement of the air moves downward by filling water. FRP cooling towers also have a feature in which air moving means mechanical ventilation, glass fibre reinforced plastic cooling towers rely on electric driven fans to attract or force tower air. Natural draft glass cooling towers use high draft air exhaust chimneys to provide draft draft of the air. Fan assisted natural draft glass fibre reinforced plastic cooling towers employ mechanical drafts to increase the effect of buoyancy. Many of the early cooling towers of glass cooled air generated by the wind direction.

If the cooling water comes back from the FRP cooling tower, some water must be added to replace or form the part of the flow that evaporates. Since evaporation includes pure water, dissolved minerals, and other solids, the concentration of circulating water tends to increase unless some dissolved, such as a blow solid control means, is available. Some water has also been lost with the ongoing exhaust (drift) droplets, but this is usually reduced to a very small amount of installed baffle like devices, known as drifting removal, to collect droplets. The amount to be compensated must be equal to evaporation, blowing down, total drift, wind blowing and other water seepage losses, maintaining a stable water level.
